Is program ke tehat government schools ko private partners aur parhay likhay nojawanon ke hawale kiya jayega takh wo behtar tareeqay se school chala sakein.

Who is Eligible? (The Requirements)

Hukumat ne in categories ko apply karne ki ijazat di hai:

  • Educated Youth: M.A / M.Sc / BS degree holder nojawan.
  • Private Schools: Wo idaray jo pehle se kamiyabi se private schools chala rahe hain.
  • NGOs & Ed-Tech: Taleem ke shobay mein kaam karne wali tanzeemein.

Aksar log online apply to kar dete hain lekin Physical Documents jama nahi karwatay, jis ki wajah se wo reject ho jatay hain. In steps ko follow karein:

  1. Step 1: Online Registration: Sab se pehle PEF ke portal psrp.pefsis.edu.pk par account banayen aur school select karein.
  2. Step 2: Print & Sign: Form submit karne ke baad uska print nikaal kar sign karein.
  3. Step 3: Courier Documents: Apni CNIC, Degrees aur signed form ko PEF Headquarters (L-52, Gulberg III, Lahore) par courier karein.

Expert Tips: Why Licensees Get Rejected?

  • Distance Rule: Agar aap school se boht door rehte hain, to PEF aap ko tarjeeh nahi dega. Qareebi schools par focus karein.
  • Security Deposit: License milne ke baad aap ko ek makhsoos raqam security ke taur par jama karwani hoti hai, is ke liye tayyar rahein.
  • Staff Management: Government teachers ko dosre schools bhej diya jayega, aap ko apna naya staff (private teachers) hire karna hoga.
