The government has introduced two major benefits for motorcycle owners across the province:
⛽ Fuel Subsidy Quota
Motorbike owners are eligible for 20 Liters of petrol per month at a fixed price of Rs. 100/liter. The government will pay the remaining difference as a subsidy.

There will be NO CHARGES on the Registration or Transfer of any motorbike in Punjab. This service is now 100% free across the province.

How to Apply (Starting April 4, 2026)
The Government of Punjab has simplified the registration process. You can apply using any of the following three methods:
- 📞 Method 1: Call 1000 – Dial the official helpline '1000' and provide your CNIC and vehicle details to a representative.
- 📱 Method 2: Mobile App – Download the 'Maryam Ko Batayen' application from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- 🌐 Method 3: Web Portal – Visit the official portal directly at mkb.punjab.gov.pk and submit your application online.
