Mandatory Registration Conditions

To enroll a child in the Taleemi Wazaif program, you must fulfill two primary requirements:

  1. Active Kafaalat Beneficiary: The child's mother must be an active beneficiary of the BISP Kafaalat program.
  2. NADRA B-Form: The child must have a valid NADRA B-Form (Child Registration Certificate).

How to Register & Submit the Enrollment Slip?

The registration process requires physical verification to ensure authenticity. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit BISP Tehsil Office: The mother must take the child and their original NADRA B-Form to the nearest BISP Tehsil Office.
  2. Provide Contact Details: Give the BISP officer the same mobile number that is registered with your 8171 account.
  3. Receive Enrollment Slip: The officer will register the child in the system and hand over a printed "Enrollment Slip."
  4. School Verification: Take this slip to the child's school. Have it filled out and officially stamped/signed by the Class Teacher and the Headmaster.
  5. Return the Slip: Submit the completely filled and stamped slip back to the BISP office to activate the educational stipend.
⚠️ Critical Rule (70% Attendance): The stipend will only be issued if the child maintains a minimum of 70% attendance at school. If the attendance drops below this threshold, or if the child changes schools without notifying the BISP office, the stipend will be immediately suspended.
